Adonis Johnson is the son of famed boxing champ Apollo Creed, who died in a boxing match. Adonis was not born when his father died. Perhaps because it has his father's blood line and he then felt more interested in being a boxer rather than as an office worker. In an effort that he then sought to former heavyweight champion of the legendary (Rocky Balboa) and at the same rival and good friend of his father (Apollo Creed) used to be the coach. Rocky finally agreed to become a boxing coach Adonis. With the help of Rocky they hope to be able to win the title held by boxer very deadly. Does Rocky Balboa managed to educate Adonis became a boxer to be reckoned with?

In the opening scene, the juvenile correctional facility in Los Angeles in 1998, a fight broke out between Adonis "Donnie" Johnson (Alex Henderson) and another boy after the boy says something about Donnie's mother. Once separated by prison officers and placed in his cell, Donnie is visited by Mary Anne Creed (Phylicia Rashad), Donnie refused to speak to her until Mary Anne said that his father was her husband, and Mary Anne wanted Donnie to stay with him.

Several years passed and Donnie are now grown up. He worked as an office worker who sits behind the desk, but his job was bored and did not fit. Blood fist tugged to do something more than just as an office worker. He then submitted his resignation to his boss and choose to move out of the house during the time he lived with his mother Mary Annie.

Donnie went to Adrian's Restaurant, which is owned and managed by Rocky Balboa. Donnie saw pictures of Rocky and Apollo were boxing. Rocky came out and met Donnie for the first time. He asked Rocky to train him, but Rocky says he is not doing that anymore. Donnie also asked about the third fight of a closed and published (at the end of Rocky III) and asked who won. Rocky said Apollo wins.

With the efforts of Donnie eventually Rockie willing to be his coach. Together with his friends, Rockie began to train Donnie.

The first big fight Donnie is against child of Pete Leo (Gabe Rosado). Before the game, Pete tells Rocky that he knew Donnie was the son of Apollo Creed. Thinking this could be a good promotion, Pete wants to take advantage of the blood relationship, but Rocky would prefer to keep it a secret. The match begins, and though Donnie got some blows but he can beat Leo.

News spread quickly and the world know that he is the son of Apollo Creed. In Liverpool, the manager of Conlan Tommy Holiday (Graham McTavish) know this and think this could make a boxing match becomes more interesting, lively and weighty. He then went to America to meet with Rocky and Donnie, propose a boxing match for them. After much consideration, Rocky and Donnie finally agree to fight.

Rocky start to train Donnie diligently and hard, because too tired, he had to unconsciousness. Donnie brought Rocky to the hospital. Rocky was diagnosed with cancer. Doctors say that both are known early on so that it can be treated early, but Rocky refuses to take medication because he felt the treatment was not working for Adrian when the same thing happened.

Donnie angry for not being informed about the disease and were excluded and not considered as brothers. He threatened to not want to practice and will not play boxing. Donnie and Rocky finally reached an agreement between them, which Rocky continue to train Donnie's upcoming fight, and Rocky will undergo chemotherapy.

Night-awaited battle arrived, and Bianca was also present to provide support. Mary Anne watching from her home. In support she sent gifts to Donnie pants with patterns and motifs display the American flag belonged to his father.

The fight begins, Conlan won this first round. But Donnie forward continues and begins to land a few punches to Conlan. Donnie and mutual Conlan received many blows as if to show who is stronger to take a hit. The fight more exciting and round-by-round fight continues. Donnie several times fell, but he still could rise. Likewise with Conlan, he has received a severe blow from Donnie. And finally in the last round Donnie managed to make Conlan fell to the floor, it's just a pity Conlan was saved by the bell sounds ending the match. Do Conlan won that game? Clear and definite Donnie as a boxer newcomers and unseeded able to survive until the final round and also be able to leave behind a deadly attack to Conlan and it makes Conlan feel awe and respect for Donnie. Here Rocky also managed and successfully made into a boxer Donnie considerable future and no longer as a boxer newcomers.

In the final scene, back in Philadelphia, Rocky and Donnie stairs famous in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. From the top, they admire view of the city. One memorable scene in the previous Rocky films.

Rayburn: A man can be an artist..in anything.. food, whatever. It depends on how good he is at it. Creasy's art is death. He's about to paint his masterpiece.

Another one of the movie stars Denzel washington that I like. A story about a former Cia agent, a former assasin that swears to vengeance on those who commit unspeakable act against the family where he was hired to protect the family.

The story begins many incidents of kidnappings in Mexico that hit the high society and squeeze them with ransom in exchange for the liberation of one family were kidnapped. There is one kidnapping every 60 minutes in Latin America. 70 % of the victims do not survive. In such conditions cause many parents hire bodyguards for their children. John Creasy, a former CIA agent, who has given up on life, back into the full life of crime.

Mexican businessman Samuel Ramos (Marc Anthony) with his lawyer Jordan Kalfus (Mickey Rourke), with the approval of his wife, Lisa (Radha Mitchell), they need to hire bodyguards for their daughter who was nine Lupita "Pita" Ramos (Dakota Fanning). Kalfus recommends talking to Paul Rayburn (Christopher Walken), a former CIA agent who now runs a security company executive. Rayburn then recommend his old CIA friend John Creasy (Denzel Washington).

Ramos impressed with Creasy resume, which includes a variety of activities counter and counter-terrorism. But Creasy can overcome them and still remain alive. Creasy was not interested in the work of the guards and even a little unhappy with the children, but he needs a job.

However, subsequent events occurred. Shortly after delivering Pita for piano audition, Creasy saw a suspicious vehicle through the driver and two police cars blocking the surrounding streets. To warn Pita, Creasy pull out his gun and fired shots into the air, making Pita surprised and fled.

During the subsequent shootout, four of the attackers were shot, including two corrupt police officers. but Creasy also severely injured and unconscious, allowing the surviving kidnappers to kidnap Pita.

In a press statement to the public local police chief blamed Creasy who killed two police officers while Creasy himself lying unconscious in the hospital. A journalist, Mariana Guerrero (Rachel Ticotin) found irregularities that the policemen who died were supposed to be off duty, but were at the scene complete with police uniform and driving a patrol car. He then contacted the Federal Police Minister, Miguel Manzano (Giancarlo Giannini), which states that the police who died was a corrupt cop. They decided to talk to Creasy after he recovers.

Sanchez demanded a ransom of ten million dollars in exchange for Pita. Although Ramos instructed to come alone, but Fuentes counseled to participate Ramos to place put ransom. Redemption goes bad, kidnappers ambushed, Ramos and Fuentes were forced to flee. Sanchez was angry because his nephew was killed in the attack, and he blamed this on Ramos does not comply with his instructions. He said that instead of Pita will be lost forever.

Rayburn helps Creasy escape to a safe house where he can recover from his injuries. After Creasy well, he returned to the Pita house and promised Lisa that he will kill all the people involved in, or benefit from, the abduction.

With the help of Guerrero and Manzano, Creasy began to seek out and hunt one by one who was involved in the kidnapping without exception. Starting from the corrupt police who are members of the crime syndicate called La Hermandad (Spanish for "Brotherhood").
